compat: drop support for SUSE 15.1
Now that WireGuard is properly supported by 15.2 and people have had sufficient time to upgrade, we can drop support for 15.1 in this compat module. Signed-off-by: Jason A. Donenfeld <Jason@zx2c4.com>
