Revert "wireless-regdb: Update regulatory rules for South Korea (KR)"
This reverts commit 0d39f4cedf2d84dba5f9183f0dfb21cab23ac78a. I
accidentally applied the wrong version of this patch, so revert it in
order to apply the correct version.
