jbd2: remove unused 'JBD2_CHECKPOINT_IO_ERROR' and 'j_atomic_flags'
Since 'JBD2_CHECKPOINT_IO_ERROR' and j_atomic_flags' are not useful anymore after fs dev's errseq is imported into jbd2, just remove them.
