Subject: [PATCH] tclib: Default to tclib timer for RT
commit edf9d4b5c6aaf33e195e04ee8f25a03064d1d6e2 in tip.
RT is not too happy about the shared timer interrupt in AT91
devices. Default to tclib timer for RT.
