Merge branch 'ph/submodule-rebase' (early part)
* 'ph/submodule-rebase' (early part): Rename submodule.<name>.rebase to submodule.<name>.update git-submodule: add support for --rebase. Conflicts: Documentation/git-submodule.txt git-submodule.sh
