xfs: live file IO error monitoring of filesystems [53/54]
Create hooks into the iomap buffered and direct io code so that XFS can
be notified when IO errors happen. Connect this hook to the health
monitoring system so that we can report file IO errors as well.
This has been running on the djcloud for months with no problems. Enjoy!
